So I came home after having some beers and was feeling a little hungry. In the fridge was some leftover refried beans from a can or Rosarita's Jalapeno Refried Beans I opened the other day, I thought a bean & cheese burrito was in order.
Unfortunately I didn't have any cheese. Well, except for some Montchevre crumbled goat cheese which I've used in salads with much success:

Also I had some turkey bacon.
I've discovered that a little bit of olive oil does wonders for cooking turkey bacon.
I nuked the refried beans for about 45 seconds, spread it over a tortilla, nuked that for another 20 seconds, then added the turkey bacon, goat cheese, and some guacamole. The end result was probably the most delicious "bean & cheese burrito" ...with goat cheese, turkey bacon, and guacamole...I've ever had.

Also don't forget to add some El Yucateco hot sauce, green, red, or Mayan!

This is for things completely unrelated to my other blog, such as cooking and other experiments. Not "Sexperiments" as the name implies. More like "Tim's Experiments". Although who knows, it may get sexy at times. But probably not.
